Day 259

Dear Daddy,

We had a very busy first half of the day! Today was the day Kenny got to see his daddy again... we went to keep them company and take video of it!

I was a good girl most of the time (until right before, of course). When we got there, we got some really cool little flags.

Before we left this morning, mommy made some pancakes to bring for me. They were so yummy!

No, that's not a top tooth... that's definitely food in my mouth.

One of my three pairs of new shoes-the other two are on their way!

I didn't want to nap except for the little bit that I did on the way home, so it was a tired afternoon for mommy and a rough evening for me because I was tired.

I had a bottle early-ish and passed out cold right at the end.

Day 258

Dear Daddy,

Today was a very busy nonstop day. This is what we did, in a nutshell: mommy woke me up early, we got around and prayed the whole way to the gas station that we'd make it, we did, we went and mailed your birthday package, we went to mommy's doctor appointment, we ran to base to pick up a few things, we came home and talked to you, Grace came to play, I poopoo'd three times in about an hour period, took a nap, woke up, went to Grace's while mommy went to her other doctor, went and ate dinner (and I ate SO much) with Kenny and his mommy, ran to the store, locked up the pool, played for a minute, drank a bottle, poopoo'd again, got my jammies on, went to bed, freaked out, mommy gave me teething tablets, and then I went to sleep. It was as exhausting as it sounds, and mommy used almost a quarter tank of gas on all of that.

It was chilly out this morning, so mommy excitedly got out one of my hoodies to wear until it warmed up.

I dozed off on the way home from base...

Day 257

Dear Daddy,

This morning mommy woke me up a teeny bit early because we had some things to do. I was dressed all pretty before I decided to spit up on my dress a bit...

After we went to see Kenny and Grace, I was so excited to come back and talk to you. But was annoyed because you weren't paying much attention to us. Pay attention to us, daddy! That's the tiny bit of time we get to spend with you in the day.

Today for dinner mommy let me try quesadillas. I loved them! I ate so much dinner tonight... all of my green beans, a half of a quesadilla, and a half of a peach!

Mommy made me some pumpkin applesauce. I loved it. I loved it so much that after she gave me a bite I freaked out so she gave me a small bowl of it. After I finished that, I threw a fit that mommy video recorded for you because I wanted more. Mommy said too bad, chill out, I can have more tomorrow.

Tonight I decided that my bottle needed a ride in my toy basket.

Mommy got this picture on accident but thinks my foot is cute anyway.

Day 256

Dear Daddy,

This morning we slept in... oops. Mommy even had to wake me up!

I was goofing around when I was drinking my bottle, making raspberries into the mirror like we were doing on Skype yesterday.

We played for a bit and I was a good girl while mommy cleaned. I was so happy to talk to you this afternoon too! I took a monstrous nap-three hours, which I don't normally do anymore!

This is what I thought of mommy's nice clean floor at dinnertime... I just blatantly threw chicken pieces all over.

Logan came over tonight! This is what he taught me how to do, and this is what we were both doing while mommy was eating her cereal... (he was up there too, but slid down by the time mommy got the camera)

Day 255

Dear Daddy,

I was so glad to wake up this morning to you! I like Saturdays when we get to talk early.

I was sad when your internet went out though. I actually freaked out after that and so mommy put me down for a nap. I slept for about an hour, and then was wide awake. Not good!

We had lunch and got around to go to Miss Elizabeth's for a party.

I was a good girl most of the time-and I was walking a LOT today! I melted down at the end though because I was tired. I slept on the way home and for about a half hour after we got back while mommy made me some potatoes.

Logan came over tonight, and we played a lot. This is me making the silly noise I was making to you this morning on the computer...

And then my mouth was bothering me so much, and I was so tired... I actually sat on mommy's lap for a little while chewing on her finger.

Day 254

Dear Daddy,

This morning I was up and crabby. I didn't want to play in my crib and wake mommy up slowly like I usually do-it was an instant whine-fest.

We just lounged around and I played a lot this morning. Mommy had a bad headache all day, so we really only have pictures of this evening during bath time. I went to play with Grace for a little while when mommy went to the chiropractor, and then we went to Wal-mart to pick up a couple of things and got caught in a horrible rainstorm.

Here I am in the tub though!

I was silly and being a wiggle-worm and put both my legs through one hole at one point.
