Dear Daddy,
Mommy woke me up this morning to go to a doctor appointment... I woke up all smiles! I was such a good girl when we were there.
We got home, played for a bit, and then mommy and I took a nap. We were tired from getting up so early. I got up almost an hour and a half on the dime later-as mommy predicted-but played in my crib by myself for a little while. I drank my bottle, ate lunch, and then mommy put me down for another nap... I guess I've started taking 2-hour and a half naps instead of a big three hour one, but oh well. I poopoo at the end of my first nap and that wakes me up.
Adding that second nap in was key in my mood at the CDC today. I was a really good girl and had a lot of fun playing with the little boy in there!
When we got home from that dinner was a disaster... mommy made herself healthy fries and my turkey at the same time... the oil from her pan dripped on to the heating element on the bottom, and it started smoking and popping and sparking almost. So she hurried and shut it off... and made me macaroni instead. I didn't really want anything to do with it. I pretty much ate cottage cheese and a few bites of watermelon and I was done. And-when I was eating my cottage cheese-I wanted to take the spoon and feed myself. So mommy guesses it's time to start letting me practice.
We are sorry these are the only pictures we took today! We didn't even realize it.
