Dear Daddy,
This morning I finally did it! I let mommy sleep in a little bit! I slept till 8-mommy was SO surprised when she got up. Of course she had a monster headache so she still didn't feel wonderful... but at least she didn't have both!
This morning I had lots of deep conversation with my toes.
Here I am discovering more things on my jumperoo... I found out I have this toy I can chew on, but sometimes it gets stuck and I can't figure out how to get it and mommy has to help me.
I've also decided that I love my new floor mat. I can play with the toys in front of me, and mommy even heard me make the music on the green fish start!
After I get bored with that, mommy swings me down to the other end to play with the beachball type thing that is hanging. I love batting at it-and today I discovered that I can pull it down! Mommy thought it was funny after I pulled it down the first time, so she put it back up-and I kept doing it and doing it! I'm so strong, that velcro isn't weak velcro either!
Mommy and I did some running around, we bought a couple of new books (to read to you, so its a secret what we got!) and then we came back here and played and talked to you for a bit and then I took a monster nap. Mommy was so glad... she got to sleep too!We borrowed an air mattress from the Avilas, and I had to test it out. I had so much fun!
Tonight I wasn't too impressed by life at all. I wasn't too excited about my bath, which was a bummer because we videotaped it for you. I didn't want to play. Mommy didn't know what the deal was. I was really cuddly though, and that was ok with mommy.I ate lots tonight-a full bowl of cereal (for the first time!) and finished my bottles so hopefully I'll be nice and full and sleep wonderful. I went down great and happily-here I am swaddled like a little pappoose!
