Dear Daddy,
We are so glad to have talked to you today! It was a long morning wondering when, but I was so excited that when I woke up you were "there". I'm sorry I didn't say dada for you much more... but at least now you have your bunny for that! I miss that bunny, but I know you will take special care of it.
This afternoon after I talked to you we went to the pool and I swam with Emily. Mommy sunblocked me as usual before, much to my dislike... but this time we played around with it a little bit!
Now these are NOT meant to be artsy pictures with the colors all funny exposed... but mommy didn't realize till late tonight that she had the flash on on the little camera, and so that coupled with the bright sun made these pictures interesting. (And no, she couldn't see the pictures come up on the screen after she took them because it was so bright out.) Just another day at the pool... I swam in my floatie, splashed around a lot, and fought mommy when she tried to put sunglasses on me!
At the end I was getting very tired and I screamed all the way home.
Today mommy made chicken and dumplings in the crock pot! It made enough to feed me for at least a half of a month... wow! At least I loved it! Big people food, here I come!
Then tonight I played with everything, including the blinds-mommy guesses she can't leave them closed because I just want to pull them down (the ones covering the slider). Oh well... I'm adventurous, and mommy loves that about me-even if she has to chase me the entire time I'm awake!I can't wait to talk to you tomorrow-we are so glad you are back.
